The P-44 field pants in "Frog Skin" camouflage, adopted by the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) during World War II, are now in stock! This camouflage pattern was effective in the harsh battlefield environment of the Pacific Front, and the reversible jungle green and beach brown sides are a major feature. This functionality, which could be used in different ways depending on the environment, was very revolutionary at the time.

These pants are made of heavyweight HBT (herringbone twill) fabric. They have a button-fly front and numerous snap buttons at the waist and hips, creating a fusion of functionality and design. These pants were originally made so that many items could be stored in the large buttock pockets even without equipment, reflecting a concept similar to that of the Monkey Pants, the Marine Corps HBT pants of the same period.

The condition is good overall, and although there is some fading and slight wear, it is very attractive as a taste of the use and history of those days. There is one large hole near the shin on the lower left side facing you. It is in good condition for a vintage item. The pattern remains on both sides, and you can enjoy wearing it reversibly, which is a unique point of this piece.

The USMC P-44 series is said to be scarce, especially the pants, which are even rarer than the jacket. Don't miss this opportunity! This is a used item and cannot be returned. Please understand that this is a pre-owned item and cannot be returned.
