This is a U.S. Navy deck jacket used since the 1940s. It is a waterproof jacket with waterproof pants, and was designed for use on decks with strong wave splash or as rain gear for landing parties. It was also partially used by the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War because of the rainy region, although some of the materials used were different.

Although this jacket is made of waterproof fabric, it is made of rubberized material, which has deteriorated in some places. Some parts are slightly hardened, so please be careful when wearing it. It is estimated that it has only been used a few times. The waterproofing capacity has been reduced by half, and those who intend to use it for waterproofing purposes should be sure to perform maintenance after use. It will harden and deteriorate quickly. The jacket is popular for everyday use and is an anorak style jacket, so it is worn over the top. There is a stain on the front side that has been there since that time. It is a used item and cannot be returned. Please understand.
