This is a used OG-107 utility shirt, presumably made in Japan in the 1960s. The color is not the typical OD color, but more of a brown tint, almost khaki. It has a stamp on the back of the neck with an FEC contract number used for items procured outside the US. These indicate that the item was locally procured, not manufactured in the home country, although it was supplied. The fabric is also different, being a thicker cotton fabric similar to tiger stripes, but slightly heavier. The Vietnam War became more intense from 1968, and as the number of deployed soldiers increased, the number of combat uniforms manufactured in the U.S. increased as well. It is assumed that this shirt was procured and issued between 1965 and 1967, but the use of stamps suggests that the date may be even earlier, in the early 1960s. This is a very nice shirt. It is in good condition with no noticeable stains, scratches, or repairs, but still in good condition. This is a used item and cannot be returned.
