This tour jacket was made during the Vietnam War period (1968-69). The base of the jacket is made from a U.S. Army poncho liner, which is extremely lightweight and soft. It is a practical and personal piece that symbolizes the freedom of customization by soldiers in the field. In addition, it is a rare larger size. It is also known as a "VietJan.

The front has a rare four-pocket design, with an asymmetrical arrangement that emphasizes originality. On the back is a map of all of Vietnam, place names, and surrounding countries. DA NANG," "VIETNAM," and "68-69" are embroidered proudly, vividly reflecting the battlefield and memories of that time. It is clear that DA NANG was the place where this jacket was procured.

This piece has a simple construction with no lining, which makes it light and cool, suitable for tropical climates. There is some very minor damage to the lining, but overall the jacket is in very good condition. The sleeves are simple with no embroidery, allowing the embroidery on the front and back to stand out more.

This is a vintage piece that truly "speaks" of military history, the Vietnam War, and personal memories. This is a very attractive piece of clothing that has the three key elements of documentary value, decorative beauty, and rarity. This is a used item and cannot be returned. Please understand.
