Among the NVA (Nationalen Volksarmee) that supported the former East Germany during the Cold War, here is a particularly rare East German Navy (Volksmarine) combat uniform jacket!

This jacket is confirmed to be an original item manufactured in the 1980s based on the tag and inner stencil, with the "NVA" and military codes such as "g48" and "1802" well preserved on the inside. This is a coveted detail for military collectors.

The body is an elegant navy blue color, with a calm impression typical of the Navy, but it is also highly practical, being made of a durable thick cotton blend fabric. It has a total of four pockets with flaps on both chest and abdomen, as well as a pocket on the left sleeve, and is designed for practical use in the field. Buttons are placed in a concealed, wing-tailored design for a sleek silhouette.

The inside has a drawcord for waist adjustment, and the fit can be adjusted. This is a great specification for those who want to tighten their silhouette. The size notation is "g48," which is equivalent to S~M in Japanese size. This is a stylish military uniform that is also suitable for modern town use.
